Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking an HR Shared Services Service Delivery Tools Manager to shape the strategic roadmap for HRSS service delivery tools and drive implementation of innovative solutions. The role emphasizes user-centered design to deliver a consumer-like omni-channel HRSS experience.

You will lead tool deployment projects, collaborate with HR operations and service delivery leadership, and champion continuous improvement across global HRSS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, IT, HR, or business administration.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with HRSS service delivery technologies (case management, portal, communication, RPA).
• Proven experience deploying service delivery tool deployments and leading transformational projects.
• Ability to influence without authority and to lead peers, partners, and leaders.
• Translate strategy into objectives, prioritize deliverables, and drive delivery.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, and SmartSheet.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy laws.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow HRSD, Paradox, HR technology, Workday, and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops the strategic roadmap for HRSS service delivery tools in alignment with the future state vision.
• Assesss existing HRSS tools to identify improvements and transformation.
• Conducts voice of customer and stakeholder listening sessions to identify opportunities in the HRSS experience.
• Performs benchmarking to identify trends in HRSS tools and systems.
• Oversees all HRSS service delivery tools including case management, self-service portals, and knowledge bases.
• Leads cross-functional teams through requirements, development, and deployment to create consumer-like experiences.
• Defines an omni-channel service delivery matrix to drive adoption and improve employee experience.
• Establishes processes to keep tools up to date, relevant, and well-documented.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Creates and maintains a backlog and prioritization methodology.
