Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Identifies departmental process improvements and supports leaders in different areas.
• Develops reporting methods and presentations to strengthen company initiatives.
• Collaborates with HR leaders to provide consistent cross-functional service.
• Coordinates and organizes associate orientation classes from corporate to crew.
• Troubleshoots for crew and corporate associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Develops content and processes to improve the associate experience.
