The Role
Responsible for delivering Human Resources administrative support to employees, managers and executives through efficient, scalable, and high-quality operational systems and processes. Performing in rotational assignments, provides 1st tier support to the employee population primarily in US & Canada. Supports and works closely with HR COEs in support of the HR administrative processes. Offers superb customer service by exemplifying: Accountability, Integrity, Performance, Respect, Service, Trust and Teamwork.

The Main Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Candidate Experience: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for new hires. Responsibilities include responding to candidate and manager inquiries, scheduling interviews, managing candidate dispositions, generating offer letters, initiating background checks and drug screens, coordinating new hire paperwork, and facilitating equipment setup with relevant departments.
- HR Service Center Support: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries via the HR Service Center. Provide timely and accurate responses regarding payroll, HR policy interpretation, system navigation, invoicing, and compliance-related audits.
- HR Coordination & Process Improvement: Contribute to the training and cross-training of HR Shared Services Coordinators across the employee lifecycle. Maintain and update process documentation, track key HR metrics, and review HR communications for clarity and accuracy.
- Employee Offboarding Support: Assist employees through voluntary resignation and reduction-in-force processes by collaborating with HR and Legal teams.
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage and coordinate calendars for interviews, onboarding sessions, training events, and meetings across multiple stakeholders, ensuring scheduling efficiency and minimal conflicts.
What We Look For In a Candidate
- High School Diploma/GED - Associate Degree Preferred
- 2 years of relevant job experience with similar essential duties.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook).
- Ability to be flexible, a team player and interface professionally with all levels of employees, applicants and vendors, including taking personal responsibility for customer satisfaction, providing clear explanations and making an extra effort to satisfy customer needs.
- Demonstrates proclivity to utilize tools and quickly locate answers.
- Capable of handling difficult situations by demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
- Propensity to build solid cross-functional relationships.
- Responds to electronic inquiries timely, while providing friendly, and professional answers to inquiries.
- Coordinates multiple projects, prioritizes effectively, including producing high-quality work under deadlines.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills; detail oriented and learns quickly.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and priority as warranted.
- Strong problem solving and administrative capabilities.

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$40,500 - $53,500 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$42,132 - $56,175 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$44,138 - $58,850 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
