The Senior HR Service Center Representative provides high‑level, front‑line human resources support and serves as a primary point of contact for HR‑related inquiries. This role exercises independent judgment, performs advanced service center responsibilities, and supports compliance with federal, state, and University policies. The Senior Representative builds upon foundational HR Service Center duties and assumes expanded responsibility, system access, and accountability, particularly in the areas of benefits and talent acquisition support.
High school diploma or GED; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
