Job summary

Sartorius in Yauco is seeking an HR Service Partner responsible for providing effective HR support to employees and management. You will oversee the employee life-cycle, manage onboarding and offboarding, and resolve HR-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR, 5+ years of experience, and is proficient in Workday. You will also maintain accurate personnel data and support payroll and benefit administration.

This role oversees the employee life-cycle; from onboarding to offboarding process. Serves as the first point of contact for resolving employee issues submitted via Workday help cases by interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures with independent judgment. The position provides recommendations on HR matters, contributes to continuous process and quality improvements, and may participate in the development and enhancement of HR policies and practices. The role requires handling sensitive employee concerns and supporting HR operational decisions.
