Job summary

HCSC is seeking an HR Service Center Rep I to deliver timely, accurate HR support to active employees. The role processes HR transactions across benefits, salary, employment status changes, and answers questions via phone, chat, and HR case systems.

You will guide employees on programs and services and escalate more complex inquiries to the appropriate HR team for resolution. This remote position requires strong customer service, confidentiality, and proficiency with Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 9 months customer services or admin support experience.
• 6 months Office software experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 10-key calculator experience and math aptitude.
• Experience using email.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• On-site training in Richardson, TX for 2 weeks.
