The HR Senior Specialist, HR Technology, will lead and manage the coordination, configuration, and administration of HRIS business processes. They will ensure data integrity, process personnel actions, and support projects under the guidance of the Associate Director, HR Technology. The role includes serving as a technical support expert for HRIS functions, collaborating on system implementation and updates, and providing user support.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing HRIS functions and providing technical support.
  2. Implementing system roadmaps, conducting end-user testing.
  3. Supporting Workday system configuration, security, and functionality.
  4. Leading system change releases, including needs analysis, testing, and training.
  5. Addressing non-standard requests and identifying risks of system updates.
  6. Staying informed on industry trends and system functionalities.
  7. Proactively improving business processes and systems for efficiency and risk mitigation.
Additional Collaboration and Project Support:
  • Working with leadership and business partners to develop technical solutions.
  • Analyzing current processes, identifying improvements, and defining requirements.
  • Partnering on reporting requests and ensuring data privacy and integrity.
  • Developing reports and supporting projects with updates and deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR management, business, information systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HRIS experience, with 3 years in Workday and domain expertise preferred.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
Working Conditions:

Normal office environment, extended hours, travel as needed.
