Everent Health, Inc. is seeking an HR Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic partner in talent acquisition.
You will lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical and leadership roles across the organization, while building pipelines and advising hiring leaders on market trends. You will partner with hiring managers to set realistic expectations, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain compliance with employment laws and policies.
Position Summary:
The HR Senior Recruiter is a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical, leadership, PACE, and other difficult-to-fill healthcare roles across Everent Health. This position develops sourcing strategies, engages passive candidates, builds future talent pipelines, and partners with hiring leaders to meet current and anticipated workforce needs.
The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing labor market insight, realistic hiring expectations, recruitment strategy, and candidate recommendations while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
