Everent Health is hiring an HR Senior Recruiter in Lexington, KY for an onsite role. What you’ll do
- Act as a strategic talent acquisition partner delivering full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical, leadership, PACE, and other difficult-to-fill healthcare positions across Everent Health.
- Design sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and build future talent pipelines in partnership with hiring leaders to support current and anticipated workforce needs.
- Bring labor market insight to leaders, providing realistic hiring expectations, recruitment strategy, and candidate recommendations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a healthcare organization.
- Proven success recruiting difficult-to-fill clinical, provider, professional, or leadership roles.
- Experience developing sourcing plans, engaging passive candidates, and building talent pipelines.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and organizational leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, relationship-building, and candidate engagement.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), plus recruiting technologies.
Preferred experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, and highly specialized healthcare roles.
- Knowledge of physician/APP compensation models, provider recruitment practices, and healthcare labor markets.
- Experience building relationships with residency programs, professional organizations, and provider networks.
- Experience using recruitment analytics and workforce data to improve hiring outcomes.
