TekPro Support Services, LLC is hiring for a HR Security Specialist. The HR Staffing Security supports security efforts for their designated command station.

This is a fully remote position. Part time or full time for about 9 months.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate background investigations and review completed forms in NBIS system.
• Complete daily eDelivery downloads and enter in the NPS Backgrounds Investigation Management Database and on spreadsheets.
• Mail out childcare forms (if the support is not remote and report to MIB).
• Initiate PERSEC tasks in USA Staffing.
• Upload signed Certificates of Investigations (COI)s into eOPF.
• Complete Sponsor tasks in DOIAccess.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Understanding of security policies, procedures and practices relevant to government contracts.
• Familiarity with regulations such as FAR and DFARS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS Security and External Recruitment Resources.
