Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required.
• 2 years of HR and/or labor relations work experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including EEO, ADA, FLSA, FMLA.

Responsibilities

• Administer recruiting and hiring programs for salaried and bargaining unit workforce.
• Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding.
• Collaborate in development and delivery of training programs.
• Maintain demographics, headcount, attrition, org charts, and vacancy lists.
• Assist in benefits administration including disability and FMLA.
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreement with Labor Relations.
