Qualifications

• Experience handling HR inquiries, benefits, and payroll questions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage data records and reports

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide policy, benefit and payroll support
• Assist supervisors with performance management and evaluations
• Coordinate recruitment/hiring processes and source candidates
• Maintain personnel records in paper and database systems
• Coordinate training sessions, onboarding and new-hire records
• Produce reports on general HR activity and ad-hoc projects
