San Manuel is seeking an HR Representative to respond to team members and departments with guidance on HR programs and procedures. You will be a key team member delivering exceptional internal customer support and driving process improvements within HR Operations.
You will handle Tier 1 inquiries, escalate Tier 2 when necessary, track requests in case management, and support audits and recurring HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, HR Operations, the HR Representative responds to team member, department, and external inquiries and provides information, guidance, and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures. HR Representative is a key team member that provides exceptional internal customer support, while driving functional excellence and process improvement. Partners with other HR functions to ensure the department provides highly responsive and quality service in all interactions.
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
