Qualifications

• A high school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of payroll and human resources experience required.
• Working knowledge of common office machines is required.
• General computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the company’s applicant tracking system to ensure applicants are being worked through the process.
• Payroll processing.
• Onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Order Office Supplies / Maintain Office Machines (call appropriate vendors).
• Establishes and maintains accounts and account records for all payables for the community.
• Prepares, processes, and submits payroll data for hospital.
• Leads the employee engagement and activity committee
• Ensures adherence to company policies for attendance, time keeping and conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.
