Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of payroll and human resources experience is required.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and transfer to appropriate departments/staff.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure candidates are progressed through the process.
• Provide customer service and assist guests with Front Door procedures as needed.
• Order office supplies and maintain office equipment/vendors.
• Establish and maintain accounts payable records for the community.
• Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
