Job summary

GLOVIS America Inc. is seeking an Administrator, Freight Forwarding Accounting to maintain accuracy of financial data and support monthly closing and reporting. You will coordinate data across business units and ensure timely, audit-ready records.

The role requires 5–8 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree. Position is based in Duluth, GA with a compensation study affecting annual pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in accounting or related field.
• 5-8 years of financial accounting, reporting, and month-end closing experience required.
• 6-9 years of experience preferred in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate financial and operational data from multiple systems.
• Prepare recurring accounting reports including revenue and cost summaries.
• Reconcile financial information between source systems and SAP.
