PACCAR, a global technology leader in trucks, is seeking an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to help manage Kenworth Truck Company’s internship program and broader HR recruitment efforts.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience, coordinate university relationships, and support branding and onboarding activities across the PACCAR family.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Complete full-cycle recruitment for Kenworth’s summer internship program.
• Attend career fairs, campus events and information sessions to build relationships with universities.
• Leverage Handshake and proactive candidate engagement for outreach.
• Support internship engagement activities and employer branding efforts.
• Post openings, review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate next steps with recruiters.
• Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions leveraging LinkedIn.
• Schedule interviews and communicate interview details with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruiting trackers and reports to monitor activity and openings.
• Assist with HR programs and onboarding activities as needed.
