Meineke is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across store locations. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers to technicians, service advisors, and management talent, ensuring shops stay staffed with qualified personnel.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with a distributed team of store and district leaders.

Position Summary

Meineke is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our store locations. This role is critical to keeping our shops fully staffed with qualified technicians, service advisors, and management talent. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment, can juggle multiple open requisitions across locations, and is comfortable both sourcing candidates and closing offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple store locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Post and manage job openings across job boards and sponsor listings as needed to drive application volume
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with Store Managers, District Managers, and other hiring stakeholders
• Follow up with candidates through to acceptance and onboarding
• Track and report on hiring metrics daily/weekly, including offers sent, acceptances, pending decisions, and new hire start dates
• Partner with HR Coordinator, District Managers and Store Managers to understand staffing needs, priority openings, and store-specific hiring urgency
• Proactively source passive candidates for hard-to-fill or high-priority roles (e.g., technicians, Store Managers)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire information across HR systems (e.g., HR Workbook, Interview Scheduler, applicant tracking system, internal trackers)
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including required documentation (I-9, tax forms, direct deposit, etc.) and e-signature completion
• Support employer branding efforts to attract candidates, including job posting content and messaging
• Identify and troubleshoot recruiting bottlenecks (e.g., low application volume, high candidate drop-off) and adjust sourcing strategy accordingly
• Communicate regularly with leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and staffing risk at priority locations

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, multi-location, or retail/automotive environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and candidates at different stages simultaneously
• Strong follow-through and sense of urgency, particularly for mission-critical or hard-to-fill positions
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Ability to work independently while communicating proactively with a distributed team of store and district leaders
