Job summary

FirstLight Home Care Gold Coast in Delray Beach, Florida, seeks an HR professional to attract, screen, and hire talent aligned with our culture of care. You will partner with department managers to promote openings and nurture a positive candidate experience, working on-site to build a dedicated team delivering exceptional in-home care.

The role supports recruitment across the organization, with potential for part-time or full-time arrangements and weekend availability depending on coverage
