Job summary

FirstLight Home Care Gold Coast is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and companionship in clients' homes across Palm Beach and Broward counties, Florida. You will support daily activities, assist with personal care, meals, and mobility with a focus on safety and dignity.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a culture of care at the heart of our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and support dietary needs according to client preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable home environment.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to promote client safety and independence.
• Provide transportation for errands and appointments as needed.
• Help clients with daily activities and routines while maintaining a high standard of care.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care Gold Coast, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients within their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to enhance their daily lives through companionship and assistance. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that meets both client needs and your personal availability. We currently have opportunities in Martin, Palm Beach, and Broward County!

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with flexible scheduling available for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

This position is on-site in clients' homes, located in Palm Beach and Broward counties, Florida.
