Job summary

Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter at FirstLight Home Care Gold Coast, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring talented individuals who align with our compassionate culture. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with department managers to understand hiring needs, promote job openings, and foster a positive candidate experience. You will work on-site in Delray Beach, Florida, ensuring we build a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with company values.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
• Enhance the recruitment strategy by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events.
