Job description

Responsibilities

  1. This is a Remote Opportunity.
  2. The Provider Liaison - HR Provider Services is responsible for providing excellent consultation, service delivery, and issue resolution by serving as the direct liaison between employed and DHMF Medical Group providers and CommonSpirit Health Human Resources. The role involves collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to develop, implement, and improve the HR Provider Services function, fostering a culture of innovation, consultation, and single point service delivery for providers.
  3. Leading the daily operations and development of a team of analysts and specialists to support provider questions and concerns, ensuring a single point of contact.
  4. Maintaining consultative relationships with divisions, system office, HR Centers of Excellence, and external parties to facilitate efficiency and demonstrate expertise in Provider Services processes.
  5. Developing and maintaining strategies supporting provider onboarding, offboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
  6. Standardizing processes and procedures, seeking continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  7. Overseeing team activities, including quality assurance, escalation management, training, and resource allocation to meet SLAs and priorities.
  8. Designing and reviewing New Provider Orientation to ensure a welcoming experience and establish consultative relationships with new providers and leaders.
  9. Acting as the liaison between providers, the HR Provider Services team, and other HR functions, managing questions and concerns empathetically and thoroughly.
  10. Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance service quality, conducting audits, and recommending improvements.
  11. Leading or participating in projects related to Provider Services.
  12. Building strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  13. Providing expert consultation and technical advice to leaders, providers, and HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience supporting providers or in provider support combined with HR business partner responsibilities.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in HR or shared services.
  4. Proven leadership skills emphasizing servant leadership principles.
  5. Experience with HRIS systems such as Infor Global HR, Lawson S3, etc.
  6. Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  7. Experience in productivity improvement, customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Collaborative work style with the ability to develop positive relationships.

Pay Range

$33.60 - $48.73 per hour
