Responsibilities
  • This is a Remote Opportunity

The Provider Liaison - HR Provider Services is responsible for providing excellent consultation, service delivery, and question/issue resolution by serving as the direct liaison between employed and DHMF Medical Group providers and CommonSpirit Health Human Resources. In this key role, the individual will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to develop, implement, and improve the HR Provider Services function, demonstrating a culture of innovation, consultation, and single point service delivery for providers. The individual will lead a team of analysts and specialists to resolve provider questions/concerns efficiently and maintain relationships with divisions, system offices, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Collaborating with managers and stakeholders to develop strategies supporting provider onboarding, offboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
  2. Standardizing processes and continuously seeking improvements.
  3. Leading daily activities of the team, including quality assurance, escalations, training, and resource allocation.
  4. Designing and reviewing New Provider Orientation programs.
  5. Serving as the primary liaison for providers and internal HR functions, ensuring empathetic intake and resolution of questions and concerns.
  6. Maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  7. Participating in and leading projects related to Provider Services.
  8. Providing expertise and consultation to leaders, providers, and HR partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years supporting providers or in provider support and HR roles.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in HR/shared services.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Infor Global HR or Lawson S3.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Collaborative work style with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.

Pay Range

$33.60 - $48.73 per hour
