Position Summary

The HR Department at Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to hire an HR Project Manager. The HR Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing various human resources projects to support the strategic objectives of the HR department. This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a keen interest in HR processes and project management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing HR projects in accordance with defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project execution.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project initiatives and decision-making.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among project team members.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and change management activities related to HR projects.
Skills & Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a project coordinator or project manager.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Working knowledge of HRMS.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Qualifications Preferred
  • Experience in project management or HR internships.
  • Certification in HR or project management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CAPM).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Location

Role Classification

Compensation

Salary range: $59,200 - $113,760, with location-based variations and potential for overtime pay.
