Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in HR/Org Development or related field.
• HR or talent-related certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)

Responsibilities

• Shape and operationalize the organization’s people strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
• Design scalable, sustainable people programs linked to engagement, retention, and leadership capability.
• Integrate onboarding, engagement, performance, learning, leadership development, and talent initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead execution with practical workplans, comms, leader enablement tools, feedback loops and governance.
• Coach and develop HR team members to raise capability and autonomy.
• Advise leaders on learning, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage data, metrics, and feedback to inform recommendations and continuous improvement.
