We're looking for an HR Program Manager, AI Enablement to join our People & Culture team. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, California or Bellevue, Washington and will go into the office 3 days per week. Reporting to the AI in HR Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of GenAI tools to ensure they meet business needs


• Supporting the implementation and optimization of GenAI workflows to improve HR processes


• Resolving technical issues and providing support to ensure seamless functionality of tools


• Delivering training and enablement sessions to help HR teams effectively adopt and utilize GenAI tools


• Contributing to the creation of user-friendly resources and documentation to support ongoing learning

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 4+ years of experience in HR project/program management


• Experience with GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT, CustomGPTs, Perplexity, and other advanced models


• Experience delivering effective trainings and creating accessible user resources for non-technical audiences


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with GenAI tools

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on experience managing or supporting GenAI tools in HR or enterprise environments


• Basic knowledge of HR processes and workflows


• A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging GenAI tools and trends

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$105,000—$150,000 USD
