Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2-3 years of project management, HR program management, or change management experience.
Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Trustworthy with confidential information and able to work independently.
Ability to synthesize data and reconcile own work.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Ability to relate to all kinds of people and build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer reporting to provide leadership with visibility to the project portfolio.
Create and maintain COE tools, templates, and process documentation.
Train and support users on COE tools and processes.
Provide project management and change management support with plans and training materials.
Plan, prepare, and develop key messages and engagement materials.
Analyze project data to ensure accurate assumptions and results.
Identify, troubleshoot, and raise issues during the project.
Document findings and recommendations; review vendor or internal documents.
Manage ad hoc analysis requests related to project data.
