Bayer seeks an HR People Partner NA based in Hawaii to provide HR consulting, coaching, and workforce planning across Hawaii. You will drive talent initiatives, support org changes, and help implement near- and long-term HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
The role requires travel between islands and occasional visits to other Bayer sites; you will collaborate with leadership, Talent/Staffing, and Legal to ensure effective people decisions and risk mitigation.

The primary responsibilities of this role, Human Resources People Partner North America, are to: The HR People Partner NA will be located in Hawaii and will perform HR consulting and coaching by collaborating with business leaders to address significant people and cultural issues. This role works closely with business leadership across Hawaii to implement near‑to‑long‑term HR solutions aligned with business strategy. This role provides expertise in hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards. The HR People Partner enables business change by supporting the talent aspects of organizational structure changes and facilitating talent integration during mergers and acquisitions. The position advocates HR programs by communicating the business value of HR initiatives and managing program rollouts to minimize disruption. The HR People Partner partners with business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives, including workforce planning, high‑potential employee development, and succession planning.
This role will require inter‑island travel to Molokai on a monthly basis and quarterly inter‑island travel to Oahu. Some travel to Bayer Crop Science offices in St. Louis, MO may be required.
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $108,160 to $162,240. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
