Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports all HR aspects including hiring, benefits, leaves, payroll, and policies for the facility.
• Maintains FMLA compliance and confidential handling of FMLA information.
• Administers workers' compensation and return-to-work guidelines.
• Oversees payroll data and maintains wage/benefit records per laws and contracts.
• Manages wage/admin and benefits, and submits wage studies for Board review.
• Addresses employee concerns and union negotiations as needed.
• Conducts employee investigations and ensures education compliance.
• Gathers unemployment information and attends hearings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
