Job summary

STG International (STGi) seeks a Human Resources Manager to support The William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home in Temple, TX. The role covers the full life cycle of HR, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while partnering with leadership to optimize people processes.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations, maintaining HR data integrity and contributing to a positive, compliant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior experience in human resources.
• Degree in human resources related field; long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate HR department in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain systems with leadership to enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding to ensure a friendly, compliant process.
• Adhere to payroll deadlines and HR data entry/tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and reporting.
• Support community engagement and workforce activities.
