• Manages and coordinates office schedules and calendars.
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Develops and executes HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyzes current HR policies, processes and programs to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Onboards new hires, including posting requisitions, prescreening, interviews, and offers.
