Job summary

Adam’s Specialty Products, LLC is seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Manager to lead payroll, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations for 100+ employees in our manufacturing environment. This hands-on role administers bi-weekly payroll, benefits, onboarding, safety programs, and HR policy updates, partnering with site leadership to foster a productive, positive workplace.

Reports to the General Manager; 5+ years HR and 3+ years payroll experience, ADP/HRIS proficiency; SHRM/PHR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience supporting a workforce of approximately 25-100 employees preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and wage and hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• HR Administration: Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and administer policies.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance, investigations, and performance support.
• Benefits Administration: Manage benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Partner on workplace safety initiatives and OSHA compliance.
• Reporting & Metrics: Prepare payroll and HR metrics and provide insights.
