Sunkeeper Solar seeks a Human Resource & Operations Specialist to streamline HR, payroll, IT, and office functions in our downtown Brooklyn office. This full-time role will own employee lifecycle, benefits, and compliance while supporting the fast-growing solar installation business.

You'll coordinate recruiting, manage Google Workspace and Paychex Flex processes, and partner with vendors to maintain an efficient, secure workplace. In-person, onsite teamwork is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or associate degree required.
• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or operations.
• Experience administering Google Workspace.
• Experience with Paychex Flex or similar payroll platforms.
• Ability to work in-person in Brooklyn NYC.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate recruiting logistics and background checks.
• Administer benefits enrollment and open enrollment.
• Draft and roll out company policies; ensure compliance with laws.
• Track PTO, leaves, and performance reviews.
• Process weekly payroll in Paychex Flex.
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, and security.
• Provide IT help desk support and asset management.
• Support continuous improvement and governance tasks.
• Oversee office operations and vendor relations.
