Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner on the PXT team in Albuquerque, NM, to focus on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence with on-site duties.

You will deliver key programs, support frontline staff, and coach leaders to improve engagement, performance, and culture at the site. The role requires collaboration with PXT and Operations and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a positive employee experience by delivering key programs, upholding workplace standards, and collaborating with PXT and Operations to cultivate a culture where staff feel valued, heard, and supported.
• Perform standard HR work with consistent quality and timeliness, meet service level agreements, and maintain accurate records of HR processes and employee interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of matters, handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Support feedback channels such as roundtables, floor walks, and engagement activities; track issues and coordinate with senior PXT teammates to drive resolutions and improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention; reinforce expectations and guide leaders in using available tools to enhance team communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Assist in site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives; coordinate logistics, gather feedback, and monitor effectiveness.
• Learn to track and summarize PXT-related data (e.g., attrition, attendance trends, hiring data, employee sentiment) and prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine employee and manager questions; identify recurring gaps and elevate opportunities to improve tool usability or adoption.
