Sun Chemical Corporation is seeking an HR Operations Representative to support day-to-day HR processes and employee data accuracy. You will assist employees and managers with payroll, benefits, and leave administration in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes HR customer service, confidentiality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on servicing multiple HR programs and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience in HR customer service, HR shared services, or HR-focused call center is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and leave.
• Handle a high volume of requests via phone, email, and HR service systems.
• Maintain HR records and support HR systems and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support I-9 compliance, reporting, and audits.
• Coordinate unemployment claim administration and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to employment verification requests and generate HR reports.
