Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clear recommendations.
• Skilled in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer focus.
• Organized with solid documentation practices and cross-functional coordination.
• Willingness to travel, complete background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit unemployment claims responses with supporting documentation.
• Manage unemployment appeals, hearing coordination, and fraud responses with vendors.
• Review background check results per policies and legal requirements.
• Create and initiate relocation packages with internal partners and vendors.
• Act as a clear liaison for relocating associates and new hires.
• Engage in process improvement projects and documentation.
• Collaborate with field and corporate HR, vendors, and cross‑functionally to close gaps.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned.
