Central States Funds/TeamCare in Chicago is seeking an HR Ops Specialist to support HR operations and improve systems. You will maintain HRIS data integrity and serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries.

The HR Ops Specialist supports day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and programs across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity within the HRIS, executing key HR transactions, maintaining personnel records, supporting compliance initiatives, and providing exceptional service to employees and leaders. The HR Ops Specialist partners closely with Payroll, Total Rewards, Finance, and CTS (IT) to drive efficient, consistent, and compliant HR operations that enhance the employee experience.
Annual Salary Range: $65K-$85K
