You will serve as HR / Business Manager at Rockdale, TX, overseeing payroll, HR programs, and office operations to support Youth Opportunity's mission. The role combines human resources duties with business office management for the youth-focused facility.

Ideal candidates have a strong HR background, ATS experience, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements while supporting staff and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; degree in HR or business admin preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business office or HR roles preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Strong computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills; capable of fast-paced work.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR and business office functions including payroll, benefits, records, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; support investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage staff files and performance processes.
• Coordinate budgeting, vendor relations, and administrative files for the Facility Administrator.
• Assist in training, policy updates, and HR program administration.
