Qualifications

• Experience in HR, onboarding, compliance, or related admin roles.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate employee files and documentation.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Knowledge of background checks, licensing, and compliance in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department and ensure audit-ready records.
• Manage recruitment, pre-hire, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Review applications and pre-hire documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct background checks, registry checks, and other employment verifications.
• Perform data entry into company systems and maintain employee files.
• Ensure licenses, certifications, health screenings, and credentials are current.
• Assist with employee evaluations, attendance, and disciplinary documentation.
• Provide guidance on policies and confidentiality and respond to employee questions.
