Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR or People Operations, including payroll, compensation, compliance, or HR operations.
• Experience with stock or equity administration.
• Working knowledge of payroll, compensation, employment compliance, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Experience overseeing HR technology, vendors, employee data, reporting, audits, and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities throughout an employee’s tenure, from onboarding through changes in role or compensation, leave periods, and separation.
• Oversee accuracy of employee records and updates
• Establish repeatable workflows, procedures, controls, and service standards
• Act as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR processes, policies, benefits, compensation, leave, and payroll.
