Remuneration: $110,000 - $125,000 PA + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits
As the HR Operations Lead, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our people practices are compliant, consistent, and easy to navigate. You’ll provide specialist advice and oversight across remuneration, employment contracts, HR compliance and operational processes, partnering with leaders and the People Services team to deliver practical solutions that support our people and the organisation.
Your work will help our leaders spend less time navigating HR administration and more time focused on what matter most - supporting our people and delivering great outcomes for our residents and clients.
You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across both the detail and the bigger picture. You build trusted relationships, provide advice people can rely on, and bring a practical, solutions-focussed approach to your work.You're organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing competing priorities, sensitive information and complex HR matters. You're also curious about how things can be done better and enjoy improving processes, systems and ways of working.
