Job summary

Gold's Gym in Dallas, TX is seeking a Human Resources Operations Generalist to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. You will manage employee records, HR systems (ADP Lyric), reporting, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance documentation while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Benefits and leave management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer-service mindset and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: process status changes in HRIS/payroll and maintain records.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, forms, and employee documentation.
• Maintain organizational charts, headcount reports, and HR metrics.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Onboarding: coordinate new hire onboarding, background screening, I-9 compliance.
• Benefits: enrollment, leave management, and benefit communications.
• Compliance: ensure forms and documentation meet policy and laws.
• Employee support: respond to routine policy and benefits questions.
• Special projects: support leadership with reporting and audits.
