Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Human Resources is seeking a Manager or Director to join the COO/Ops Officer team. This role will interface with internal HR colleagues and senior management, rethinking how HR work gets done through process optimization, AI, automation and continuous improvement.

Based in Purchase, NY or NYC, the role focuses on enterprise talent strategy, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness while partnering across HR and the business to drive end-to-end

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of HR, business or project management experience.
  • Strong client focus with sound judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven change management and process-improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate enterprise talent and workforce planning; drive governance and analytics for HR priorities.
  • Deliver experiences for the WM HR community, including onboarding and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate restructuring activities and organizational changes with clear governance.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and leverage AI and automation.
  • Lead end-to-end process optimization initiatives from discovery to implementation.
