Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or data entry experience, preferably in HR
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
• Curious with a systems lens; understands cross-team connections
• Professional communicator; able to interact across all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong grammar and punctuation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Demonstrated customer service mindset; able to handle multiple priorities calmly
• Self-motivated with ownership; reliable and dependable
• Able to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or JIRA)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee and contractor records
• Create and manage position data within Oracle HCM
• Monitor and resolve tier 1 HR tickets; escalate when needed
• Provide responsive HR support to employees and partners
• Perform regular data validation and audits for accuracy
• Manage I-9 documentation and background checks
• Collaborate on onboarding, offboarding, and data-management projects
• Deliver excellent service to HRBPs, employees, and IT
• Support general administrative functions within HR operations
