• Audits HR practices, analyzes reports, and develops training programs to ensure compliance.
• Collaborates with internal partners to collect and analyze HR data, identify risks, and prepare data-driven recommendations.
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
