Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable.
• Models exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following the One Best Way OBW service model.
• Assists store manager in driving the financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and improve processes.
• Coordinates with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and builds accountability for results.

Education

Two years of college

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
