Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain data entry for new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, in HRIS with accuracy.
• Verify authorization to work in the United States; authenticate I-9 paperwork and discrepancies.
• Process and manage background checks; support compliance and documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR support including file maintenance and meeting coordination.
• Create and maintain paper and electronic employment files and trackers.
• Assist with PM tracking and review cycles; support HR investigations and processes.
