The Houston Texans are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to enhance their Shared Services team. This role combines HR operational support and data analysis to improve employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience with HRIS systems.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our Shared Services team. This role offers a unique blend of operational support and data analytics, helping us improve the employee experience and scale our HR capabilities. You’ll be hands-on with our HR ticketing and Oracle HCM systems, while also contributing to data insights that inform decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience:
2–4+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or an HR support role. Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system) and Oracle HCM Cloud preferred.
Analytical Skills:
Some experience using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization. Exposure to people analytics through coursework, certification, or practical experience is a plus.
