Job summary

Capco’s Orlando-based HR Operations Shared Services Center supports employees across North and South America, delivering end-to-end HR services with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.

As a junior member of the HR Operations team, you will help drive efficient services, collaborate with HR and business stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately four years' experience in HR Operations or a similar HR generalist/shared services environment.
• Experience administering U.S. and Canadian employee benefits and leave programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, leave management, and HR systems updates.
• Ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, and applicable international employment legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to resolve employee queries and deliver a seamless HR Shared Services experience.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy while managing multiple priorities and meeting agreed service level commitments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

The Role

Join Capco's fast-paced Human Resources Operations Shared Services Center in Orlando, supporting employees across North and South America. As a junior member of our HR Operations team, you\'ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an outstanding employee experience.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across HR and the wider business, you\'ll help drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

What We're Looking For
