(PACS) Providence Administrative Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
You will coordinate documentation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and system setup, acting as the primary contact for candidates and HR teams. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and IT to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive onboarding experience, preparing new employees for their first day
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for supporting the onboarding process from offer acceptance through employee start-date readiness. This role ensures new hires complete required documentation, coordinates background checks and I-9 requirements, supports onboarding activities, and serves as a primary point of contact for candidates, facility HR teams, and internal stakeholders. The Onboarding Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and IT to provide a positive, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience while ensuring new employees are prepared for a successful first day.

Location: This role is in-person position at PACS Downtown in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 hourly depending on direct job related experience.
